The antidotes to modernity, disconnection, and psychological wounding live within us — within our DNA, within the wisdom of our ancient ancestral lineages. Join us on a journey to reconnect with this wisdom within, supported by psilocybin plant medicine and well ancestral guidance.
Modernity has socialized us away from something ancient: our innate ability to listen to plants, to heal in community, and to trust the medicines the earth so freely offers. Each of us descends from ancestors who were deeply rooted in earth-honoring rituals and communion with plant and animal kin. That knowing hasn't disappeared. It's waiting to be remembered and embodied again. Plant allies like psilocybin enhance our ability to reconnect with these powerful forms of healing.
Held at a licensed natural medicine healing center in Boulder, CO, this half-day microdosing journey offers a safe, legal container to explore this medicine within supportive community. Before the group gathers, participants receive a one-on-one ancestral lineage healing session with Elizabeta Gonzalez-Leach, followed by a virtual group preparation call to connect and establish our container.
Participants must undergo medical screening to determine eligibility. Additional medical and/or psychiatric screening, at an additional charge, may be required based on initial screening and medical history.

Meet Your Facilitators
Sara Lewis, PhD, LCSW
Sara is co-founder of Memoru Center for Visionary Healing Arts, a licensed Colorado Natural Medicine Healing Center and Facilitator Training Program. As a Fulbright scholar, she conducted long term ethnographic research in India, culminating in her book, Spacious Minds: Trauma and Resilience in Tibetan Buddhism, which investigates how Buddhist concepts of mind shape traumatic memory and pathways to resilience. At Naropa University, Sara served as Associate Professor and Chair of Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. She co-founded the Naropa Center for Psychedelic Studies, and has trained hundreds of students in providing psychedelic-assisted therapy. As a contemplative psychotherapist, she specializes in intergenerational trauma and healing through Somatic Experiencing and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Sara upholds her familial ancestral traditions of Irish and Hungarian lineages, and is a long-time Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner.
Elizabeta Gonzalez-Leach, MAT, CLDE, ALH Practitioner
Elizabeta is the founder of Roots of Liberation, an organization dedicated to the intersections of collective liberation work and ancestral lineage healing. As a former public school teacher and Naropa University professor, she experienced how our ability to be of benefit in the world is influenced by intergenerational ancestral trauma. This led to the study of ancestral healing work with the Ancestral Medicine Network which included a year-long program with experiential ritual practice, supervision, and ongoing mentorship.
Through individual client sessions and group ancestor circles, Elizabeta supports people in making direct connections with supportive ancient ancestral guides, alleviating the ancestral burdens they carry, and opening to the particular gifts and magics their lineages have to offer. She also partners with Harvest of All First Nations to teach community learning programs on Solidarity & Anti-Racism and facilitates Conflict Repair and Connection Circles with Cacao. She is guided by her reverence for other-than-human kin and her ancestors from Spain, Scotland, England, and Mexico.
