Group Experience
Microdosing for Moms
A monthly microdosing group for mothers
First Friday of Each Month | 10:00-11:30AM MT | In Person
Next group: October 2, 2026
Whether you already have experience with mushrooms or are simply curious about microdosing, you are welcome here. This safe, legal, and intentional group setting offers mothers the opportunity to explore microdosing while reflecting on and discussing the lived experience of motherhood. Topics may include identity, caregiving, relationships, overwhelm, personal wellbeing, and the desire to feel more present in everyday life.
A microdose is a sub-perceptual amount intended to support personal wellness, greater ease, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. This is a space for mothers to tend to their own inner lives while navigating the many roles and responsibilities of parenthood.Open to anyone who identifies as a mother, this group affirms all family structures and welcomes queer and gender-expansive parents.
Participants must undergo medical screening to determine eligibility. Additional medical and/or psychiatric screening, at an additional charge, may be required based on initial screening and medical history.
$70–82 per session, based on medicine dosage
